CLASS TITLE: Customer Service Representative
We are currently seeking a self-motivated Customer Service Representative to respond to inquiries from dealers and doctors regarding customer transactions, and products; and perform related duties as required.
The primary responsibilities of this position are to respond to inquiries from dealers and doctors, answering questions and resolving problems as needed. The individual will also assist dealers and doctors in determining the appropriate product(s) to order/re-order and verify product availability and pricing. He/she will also review and accurately enter customer orders, expedite orders by communicating effectively with other departments, respond to customer complaints and trouble shoot customer concerns. In addition, the incumbent will research and process returns, repairs and warranty replacement orders.
Successful candidates must have at least one year of experience in Customer Service in a manufacturing environment and experience using a personal computer; or an equivalent combination of training and experience. Additional requirements include skill in communicating with customers with the ability to deal effectively with those who may be dissatisfied; ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts and evaluate situations; and the ability to calculate figures and amounts, such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions and percentages.
